Flex time must be reported to TMCEC. To simplify the reporting process of these additional hours, TMCEC has created an online reporting system. To manage flex-time and opt-out requests and reporting:

  1. Go to http://register.tmcec.com/
  2. Login with your ID & password provided by TMCEC
  3. Select  “Manage Credits” in the upper right hand corner
  4. On the “Manage Credits” screen, you will have options to report judicial education from a pre-approved program, request approval for judicial education program that is not on the list of pre-approved programs, or to opt-out of training for TMCEC for the year

Additionally, proof of training certificates can still be mailed or faxed into TMCEC by completing the Affirmation. All hours must be submitted by the end of the academic year, August 31st of every year. We ask that you submit the hours as soon as possible to allow us time to process them.
