The Recorder is the periodic journal published by the Texas Municipal Courts Education Center as a critical news and information source for municipal courts in Texas. A link to each issue is emailed out to every constituent member of TMCEC. Subscriptions for a paper version are available for $35.00, checks made payable to the Texas Municipal Courts Education Center. Download an order form here. There are usually four issues each year. The subscription rate for non-municipal groups or individuals is $50. Since FY 13, members of the Texas Municipal Courts Association have received upon request a paper version by U.S. Mail as a member benefit at no additional charge than the annual membership dues.
